BERKELEY HALL CLUB – SC – On February 27-28 a very special event will take place. Four of the best junior golfers will go head-to-head in The Sabal Kings Match. These star athletes will compete at the private North Course, at Berkeley Hall Club in Bluffton, South Carolina.
The golf experience at Berkeley Hall is a seamless blend of natural wonder and architectural craftsmanship, with two Tom Fazio designed courses, known simply as the North Course and the South Course.
As Tom Fazio once said, “The North Course at Berkeley Hall is one of the finest and most dramatic courses I have designed.”

Jackson Van Paris and Kelly Chinn will go head to head against Caleb Surratt and local Hilton Head resident Jonathan Griz.
Jonathan Griz, the Hilton Head local is a very decorated athlete. Griz’s partner, Caleb Surratt is an Indian Trail native and will graduate in 2022. Surratt is ranked 9th in the Rolex AJGA rankings, he was the runner up in the Jones Cup Junior Invitational in December and took 3rd place in the Ping Invitational just a few months before. Surratt has a verbal intent with North Carolina State University to continue his golf career.

Van Paris is entering his senior year and has signed a letter of intent with Vanderbilt University.
Van Paris’ partner Kelly Chinn is making his second appearance in a Junior Golf LIVE matchplay event. With a narrow loss to the Ford brothers at Pinehurst No.2 in December, Kelly is motivated to win.
